The First-First Friday Shabbat for April 3rd will be "live online" with special guest Eric Teitelman from House of David Ministries.

We will begin with the Sabbath candle lighting and blessings beginning at 6 pm. We are encouraging you to prepare for Shabbat at home.  Be ready for blessings over wine or juice. You may also want to have Challah or bread that can be blessed.

We will bring a brief teaching on the Jewish Sabbath. Then we will pause for a few minutes to allow you to eat your meal.  Then we will have a presentation of "Christ in The Passover" from Eric. 

We will also be offering prayers over the current world events. You are invited to pray with us online.

Service will be available online at groveave.tv. So plan to join us for this virtual First-Friday Shabbat.

We pray that you are well and stay well during these extraordinary days of quarantine, isolation and social distancing.

Note: The word "quarantine" comes from the Italian word "Quaranta" meaning 40.  This comes from Mosaic instructions on how to isolate people with illnesses for forty days.
