The Pruning of the Branches

I was in a park. It was a small grassy area with a concrete walkway leading off to the left. Behind was a cluster of small dense trees. In the middle was a large tree, not resembling anything I had ever seen. I looked like a cross between a Eucalyptus and an Olive. I climbed high up into its branches and noticed that many were dead and brittle. I was up very high and started becoming nervous. Then I saw two men come down and start pruning away the dead wood. They worked for a little while leaving only healthy branches. The tree now looked vigorous and healthy. I started climbing down. I noticed that the trunk of the tree was extremely old and burled. I then noticed other men repairing what appeared to be a bathroom structure. The building was gone, and only a sewer drain pipe remained along the edge of the concrete walkway.

Isa 18:5 For before the harvest, as soon as the bud blossoms And the flower becomes a ripening grape, Then He will cut off the sprigs with pruning knives And remove and cut away the spreading branches.

Joh 15:2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit.

Joh 15:6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned.
